Description

This is perfection in a skirt! It is so comfortable and stunning at the same time. This is made of a beautiful linen with a light cotton underskirt for additional structure and shape. The color is a rich, deep blue with a brightness in tone. It has pleating along with the elastic and drawstring waist. The shape of the skirt has the perfect amount of volume - it is not too full, yet it has room and looks great on. The length hits around the mid to lower calf. The hem has a raw edge on both the linen outer and cotton underskirt. And pockets, yes :) there are side seam pockets. This looks great with the Hannoh pullover in off-white & blue stripes. Throw on the Contre-Allée woven mary janes and off you go!

Fit - This has an easy, true to size fit. The elastic is pretty stretchy - not a hard elastic - enough to stretch for comfort while also remaining snug. It also has the drawstring which allows the waist to be cinched in smaller. The important measurements are below - 

36 - waist - 26" - 30" (at it's furthest point of stretching comfortably), length - 29"

38 - waist - 28" - 33" (at its furthest point of stretching comfortably), length - 29.5"

40 - waist - 30" - 37" (at its furthest point before stretching comfortably), length - 30"

Hannoh Wessel is originally from Germany and has spent many years in Paris - both working in haute couture and thereafter creating his own collection. We love the level of detail he brings to his pieces and also the essence of ease and elegance in his whole collection.
