A beautiful throw made of a densely woven virgin wool and cotton. This has a sturdy, soft feel with cotton fringe at the ends and a short wool fringe along the sides. The beautiful natural colors of the wool and cotton create speckling throughout and the ends have two deep red stripes. This is made carefully by hand, which gives it its own individual sense of character and soul. Qualities such as variation in color and irregularity in texture are part of the incredible beauty of this original piece.

House of Lyria began as a special project founded by Ricardo Bruni - an auteur of textiles historically working with fashion houses throughout Europe. He is based in the Tuscan city of Prato - the heart of Italy's textile industry. He set out to create this small home collection of throws with his spirit of tradition, experimentation, and emotion, creating materials with a wholly unique character. His wealth of knowledge, in combination with this experimentation creates a feel and quality that is very special.
