Description

A beautiful coverlet made in collaboration between two of our favorites - Jeanette Farrier and John Derian. The patterns are a combination of Jeanette's incredible archive of prints and John's 18th century fabric collection. This is made of 5 layers of fine cotton cloth, handstitched throughout, which gives it a lovely texture. The patterns are screen printed, each color one at a time. It is a painstaking process that renders this incredible quilt, the hand is felt in the finished piece. Jeanette worked with artisans she has been working with for many years to create it. We love the combination of the bigger floral pattern on one side with the smaller floral on the other.
