What a stunning skirt! This is made of a handloom silk organza, with a cotton underskirt. The color is a gorgeous french blue. It has beautiful pin tucks and covered buttons down the front. It has a flat waistband at the front and the back has elastic for comfort and adjustment. The length hits around the mid to lower calf. This is a really special piece, we are in love!
