Anyone who has ever worn Repetto ballet flats knows that the craftsmanship involved makes these the most elegant and beautiful shoes... and also the most comfortable. They are all hand finished which creates a precision to the look of the shoe (as small details can be articulated- whereas a machine doesn't have the same ability) and also gives them a special feel - as things done by hand always do. They look delicate, but these shoes are super durable and last forever. A big part of the craftsmanship is in the sole which looks very flat- but there are actually two soles. The leather upper is sewn in between the two to create the look of a very flat shoe, but giving it the durability that is so important.
We just received our big Fall shipment (happy Fall - it's officially today!) - and most of the colors are shown above- starting with tattoo- a metallic midnight blue leather, navy blue leather, navy blue patent leather, black leather, black patent leather, black patent jazz shoes and black patent mary janes with a small square heel. We love the patent with faded jeans- and we also see them with a brand new pair of dark rigid jeans and a white tee. Simply, easy and stunning! <3
These will soon be available in our online shop... but feel free to send us an email or call with any questions ~ bonboutique@gmail.com, 520-795-2272.

Shown above from the bottom up- a beautiful denim blue wool shawl with a rustic fringe edging, a beautiful vintage frazada from Bolivia, an off white cotton throw, a handwoven cotton blanket/throw with navy blue stitching running twice down the length of the throw, and a gingham cotton shawl/small throw.

Little things and treasures.... pictures 1 & 2- porcelain flower stamp used to make a card- these wonderful stamps are made in Japan and each one is a work of art. They are made of porcelain, so they make more of a block print than a stamped image. The mouth stamp is by Yellow Owl Press and was used to make this wrapping paper. The beautiful cotton ribbon is made in Italy and comes in 100 mt spools. picture 3- John Derian paperweights- hidden in a special spot. pictures 4 & 5- pencil heaven. We have a great selection of pencils and pens from Japan and Italy. The four color pen in the bottom picture is a classic, made in Italy. The mechanical pencils come in a skinny, .5 lead and also a bigger, 2.0 lead. We love the pens that look like pencils... and also the pencil disguised as a cigarette- it says "be goody- no smoking".
