Once your order is placed, we ship within 1 to 2 days via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, packages generally take 3 to 5 days to arrive for domestic orders. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Once your tracking says "delivered", it is not in our care any more - and stolen or missing packages are your responsibility. Please make sure the address used is a secure address and keep an eye on tracking.
We ship to most countries outside the US for a flat fees depending on the weight and size of your order. International shipping typically takes two weeks, however timing varies. Clients are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable- please choose carefully.
Items may be returned within 7 days after arrival for store credit or exchange. Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Approval by phone or email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully- we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery.
We don't cancel orders - please choose carefully. If you change your mind after placing an order, we can issue a store credit.
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
