From our good friends at Patch NYC, this special collection of necklaces combines vintage findings and new charms (some made by Patch NYC themselves) on mixed oxidized sterling chains. This necklace features a vintage heart locket that opens and is ready for your keepsake photos... a sparkle charm, a silhouette charm and various others.

The chain is 24" long with a 2" drop. Handmade in the USA.
