It has a longer length in the back than the front. The sleeves have tiny pleats fitting into the cuffs. There is a one button closure at each cuff. Fit - This has an oversized fit. It's best to go by the measurements below - 

1 (small) - underarm to underarm - 28", length - 26" front, 30" back

2 (medium) - underarm to underarm - 29", length - 26.5" front, 30.5" back

3 (large) - underarm to underarm - 30", length - 27" front, 31" back
