Bon Stand Collar Shirt - Simple Stripe

$ 310.00

Description

A beautiful shirt with a stand collar, roomy sleeves and a long length. This has slight drop shoulders with full sleeves that gather into the cuff. There is a two button closure at each cuff. The length typically hits just below the bum - and is slightly shorter in front than in back. The sides of the hem curve up for a flattering line on the body. There is a two button corozo button/loop closure at the back of the neckline. This version is made of a lovely, lightweight Japanese cotton with a hint of linen and ramie. It's wonderful because the style of the shirt covers you up, and yet the fabric is so light and breathable - it keeps you cool. This looks great with jeans and we love it with white pants... it's a great combination with the Maku Full Pants in white. Jettie wears it with its matching Puff Skirt.

Fit - This is available in two sizes. It has an overall easy fit. The important measurements are below.

s/m - underarm to underarm - 23", length (front) - 28.5", length (back) - 30"

m/l - underarm to underarm - 24", length (front)- 29", length (back) - 30.5"

94% cotton, 3% linen, 3% ramie, made in USA, by Bon

Bon is our own small collection that we make typically once a year in the Spring. It is one of our true passions and on top of having our shop, we feel fortunate to be able to produce this small collection when we can. We are inspired by shapes created on the body. We imagine a person's reflection in a window as they rush by - and the essence of what is captured there. The silhouette, the posture, the comfort and elegance. We use mostly all Japanese cottons for our collection - we love the quality and we always search for textures that are crisp and sturdy. Our pieces are all finished with French seams for aesthetic reasons and just as importantly - longevity. We wear our pieces a lot - it is important to us that our things are useful, can be worn from day to evening and will last a long time. We hope you enjoy our pieces as much as we enjoy the process of making them.
