A beautiful indigo silk dress with bandhani polkadots. The handwoven silk fabric is hand tied at each dot, then over dyed in natural indigo - 6 to 8 times to receive the desired shade. This has beautiful details - a contrasting hem and contrasting fabric on the interior of the pockets. The waistline has a drawstring, tying at both sides for adjustability The length is nice and long - hitting typically around the lower calf. The sleeves are full length, with a two button closure. The silk is flowy and light - it can be layered with a slip or stockings and a tee for colder days. This is such a stunning piece.
Fit - This has an easy fit with room in the waist. The adjustable drawstring at the waist makes it adjustable. It has set in sleeves, so the shoulder and underarm measurements are probably the most important for fit.
