A lovely light cotton short sleeve dress with soft blue stripes. The cotton has a great crinkle texture. It has a drawstring at the waist with a tie on each side. The length hits at the lower calf. This is an easy, cool and breezy dress - wonderful for hot days. We show it with the Nicholson & Nicholson Bailey Coat - the colors are great together!
