A beautiful pair of pants. These are made of a khaki cotton/nylon that feel sturdy and crisp. They have a high waist with a flat front. There are side pockets and one welt pocket at the back right. They have room in the leg and the hem can be turned up to show the inside cream colored fabric that lines the hem. These are flattering and comfortable at the same time. 

Fit - These have an easy, comfortable fit with room for adjustability in the waist with the elastic. The waist can stretch comfortably another 2-3". The important measurements are below -

36 (small) - waist - 26" before stretching, length - 36"

38 (medium) - waist - 27.5" before stretching, length - 36.5"

40 (large) - waist - 29" before stretching, length - 37"

70% cotton, 30% nylon, made in Japan.
