This version centers on plants and vegetables from the first catalogue from the Vilmorin-Andrieux  publishing house in 1778. This publishing house employed 15 painters trained in naturalist drawing at the Jardin des Plantes. The illustrations shared in this notebook are by Élisa-Honorine Champin. The images are wonderful - we love their presence in the middle of all the notes and drawings you want to make.
