Description

This is beyond gorgeous. A stunning coat made of an exceptionally rare wool from sheep native to the Shetland Islands and premium linen cultivated in Normandy, France, carefully managed from growth to final production. It has an organic feel while also being refined and sophisticated. This is lightweight, yet comfortably warm. It has a lining of cotton and linen with a sleeve lining of a striped cupro. What a dream! We love the sleeves folded up with the striped lining showing. This Chesterfield style orignated in 19th century Britain. It has a classic silhouette with a length that hits typically just below the knee. It has a chest welt pocket and two front side pockets with flaps. The natural color of the buttons is such a lovely contrast with the color of the coat. There is a long vent at the back. A special piece that you will want to wear daily!

Inspired and named after the region Pas-de-Calais in Northern France, where the landscape is incredibly beautiful and the artisanal heritage runs deep. The styles have a nostalgic feel with a nod to another time while also feeling of the moment. The textiles used in the collection are original productions, used exclusively for Pas de Calais. They also use both traditional and modern dying techniques to get exactly the right touch of color for each design.
