Samuel Snider Lolo Shirt - Houndstooth

$ 650.00

Description

A wonderful button up shirt made of a gorgeous tumbled Irish linen in a brown/tan houndstooth. The linen is soft and lofty with a wonderful drape. It feels so nice on. This is a unisex piece - great for both men and women, and intended as the quintessential artist's shirt. This is based on an original 1920s garment reimagined in Sam Snider's unique take. It features idiosyncratic vintage details with subtle proportions that support practicality and freedom of movement. This has buttons up the front, two front patch pockets, and a pointed collar. This is a wonderful, versatile piece - a favorite of ours! We love it with the Samuel Snider Workhorse Trouser or the Triangle Shorts.

Samuel Snider creates his beautiful collection with deep knowledge and inspiration from 20th century workwear. He is guided by the belief that "elegance lies within utility" and you can really feel this foundation in his pieces. His process is one of thorough care, constant refinement and dedication to his proclivity towards garments of another time. The fabric for this collection is sourced from the finest heritage mills that share Sam's focus on natural materials and sustainable sourcing. Sam works in his studio in New York with a small team to pattern, cut, sew and refine his pieces before they then head to New York's Garment District to be produced. We love the finished collection as much as we love Sam's process - you can feel the care and dedication in the final pieces. Sam's approach is a paragon of clothing creation and production.
