We just received a batch of beautiful pieces by Apuntob. These are all pieces that can be worn now and layered in the Fall. In true Apuntob style, every dress, shirt and skirt is easy to wear with elegance. The designer Barbara Garofalo describes her designs as clothes for thinking women. We like that <3 You can now see the new pieces in our online shop - wardrobe section :)

We have created a "desk" section in our online shop where we are offering some of our favorite paper goods, ribbons, pens, pencils, sticky notes, etc... all great things to have at your desk to create, think, design and work! We love beautiful paper things and our store with walls always has a revolving collection of it, so we are very happy to finally bring some of these pieces to our online shop! We many times find our favorite paper products, pens and pencils from makers in Japan - the quality is always so beautiful. We also find great pieces made in Italy and France... and you never know where else - we are always on the hunt! This section has begun in our online shop and we will continue to add more throughout this week and next.

Another wonderful painting by Graham Mears. This one is not in our online shop, but available by phone or email <3  Graham's "Stubbs" collection (of which this piece is a part of) is named after George Stubbs - an English self-trained painter best known for his paintings of horses. new works by Graham Mears

We have just received new works by artist Graham Mears and we couldn't be more excited about them. Graham's interests of classical painting, modernism and folk art come through in his poured paintings - where the subject matter becomes pointedly abstract through the marbleizing of the paint. Graham uses "goof" paint - mistint wall paint from the hardware store. He likes the relationship to house painting - color that relates directly to home interiors. His work really speaks to us as the historical styles are felt strongly - coming through in a modern way. You can see and read more in our home section - where we have made them available. They are truly special!
