Around the shop...
We have just received a new shipment from Pip Squeak Chapeau- shown in the first picture is a sleeveless shirt with a raw edge tiny ruffle collar, the poet dress and the long marrakech skirt. We also received the normandy drew in natural, gingham and black, the marrakech skirt in natural... +. Also shown above is a stunning dress from Makié. The color is incredible. This is a long dress with stitching along the front placket, a small collar and a length that hits almost at the ankle. Also shown above are seat cushions... of which we have four fabric choices (you can see all four choices in our online shop). These cushions are just wonderful- we've carried them for a some time now and we keep reordering. They are made of all natural fibers, including the kapok stuffing. We have bench cushions, day bed cushions, square cushions that make great play mats or dog beds, and the seat cushions shown here. Everything in the shop will be on sale this coming weekend, including our new shipments and everything shown above. We'll continue to share things you can't see in our online shop. Dear Friends :) Our Annual Summer Sale is soon upon us- next weekend! Everything in the shop (by everything, I mean everything- even new shipments if they come between now and then) will be 20% to 75% off for 2 days- Friday and Saturday- July 20th and 21st. There are so many wonderful things in the shop right now- our July sales are always a great time to get something you've been wanting or to find special gifts. From the classics that we always carry to the unusual and unique- it will all be on sale for 2 days <3 We will post more on our blog of special things that are not shown in our online shop (as many of you know, our actual shop is much bigger than what we show online)... so that if you can't make it in person, you can see a wider selection. Back from France... and with treasures! We had the most wonderful trip- it was as always, incredibly inspiring. There's something special that happens when you pluck yourself out of your normal world and enter a new one. It's indescribable really. And if you can stay a while and really let everything sink in, the affect is immeasurable. We go every summer to stay with family and while we are there I try to find special things for the shop. This year, I found a great collection of chemises de nuit. They are stunning. We love to wear these as dresses in the summer... and layer with black stockings and black oxfords in the winter. I also found the hats in the pictures above. They were really a fun find- the man I got them from works for the theatre in Paris and had every kind of hat you could imagine. He was fun to talk with :) Adventures at the flea market <3

Our pleated pants have arrived and have just been added to our online shop. These have a great fit and the fabric is incredible. There are more details under their listing in the shop :)
