A cabinet full of Astier de Villatte pieces... including a tray of Antoinette incense holders. We find something intriguing about these en masse :) Each piece of Astier has its own special qualities. There are also the pieces from the John Derian + Astier de Villatte collaboration- in this photo- the floral plates and the horse plate hiding behind stacks of dishes on the bottom. We love the floral plates and think they would be beautiful on a wall or used as dishes. Mix them with all white table linens... or a gingham pattern and they would be so lovely!

Sharing just a few of our favorite pieces by Astier de Villatte. A small teapot, a vase, a small pitcher, a small bowl, a tiny (tiny) pitcher, two goblets, salad and soup pedestal bowls. We love the monochromatic, white dishes with different textiles. You can't go wrong with mixing Astier pieces with other pieces, textiles, glassware, etc. It makes a stunning table any way you put it together!

It is with great excitement that we will be welcoming Astier de Villatte founders and creators Ivan Pericoli and Benoît Astier de Villate from Paris to our shop for a book signing of the new English edition to their book Ma Vie A Paris. This is THE most delightful guide to Paris- in keeping with the fantastic wit and style of these two originals and the incredible world they have created around their exceptional works. Known for their earthenware and porcelain ceramics, Benoît and Ivan are always expanding their sphere with true artists' eyes and hands. Their Paris guide is no exception... Ma Vie A Paris is as inspiring to read and get lost in as it is to use in leading you to all the best places of this special city.
Our book signing is Saturday, June 1- 5:30 to 8 pm. For those who can't make it, but would like a signed copy, we have made them available for preorder in our online shop <3 We'll ship them out right after the event <3 You can see more here.

A highly anticipated box arrived at the shop yesterday from Italy. The most wonderful pieces by Apunto b. have now been unpacked and put out. We love Apunto b. for the quality of their materials, their individual take on classic shapes and the fineness and exacting details in all their pieces. Shown above is a black and white striped jacket and pants in the most incredible fabric. And in the second photo is a jumpsuit that we can see wearing all the time in the Summer. There are some exceptional pieces and we are so happy to have this new batch in our shop <3

Handpainted flower glasses, a beautiful tablecloth/throw/blanket/shawl, and all the beautiful Astier de Villatte dishes. How lovely are these oblong bowls!? We love them :)

We don't like to push our mailing list as we don't like to send things to those who are not interested (of course!)... but I will say that we have a special event coming up with Astier de Villatte.
